This meaning itself is practical for the training for personality development, career pursuit and social success. “Yoga” always implies positivity in any aspects, even in the forms of Svavti, Hatha, Jnana, etc. Tibetan Yoga introduced by Song Nguyen Tantra House, however, is uniquely selective, inherited and applicable, known as “Pure Mind Yoga”, meaning making one’s mind clear, creative and subsequently arise Bodhicitta.
