LETTER NO.158: ON THE DESERTED ROADS.. Dear disciples! The Deserted roads My Kia Morning did not have to strenuously squeeze into any empty spaces in the street to make it a way. My steering wheels strolled unhurriedly passing by every street corners, forged ahead on the street without any hesitation caused by traffic jams as an usual habit of Ho Chi Minh City. The road clearance may not surprise the resident who living in this city but it does surprise me. A man working in a grocery store at Nguyen Huu Tho street, District 7 said that it has become a routine that every 30 Apr and 1 May, some outstanding tourist destinations as Vung Tau, Phan Thiet, Nha Trang, Da Lat, etc shall weigh the burden of the population swarming in from Ho Chi Minh city.  This year, the weather is much hotter and the holiday happens to be longer
