Letter to disciples No.313: INTRODUCTION ABOUT THE BRIEF REPORT OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH ON PSYCHOLOGICAL EFFECT OF THANH TRI YOGA ON STRESS AND DEPRESSION.

Dear disciples,
For 5 years of Bodhicitta application, the two Thanh Tri Mind Dharmas by Song Nguyen Tantra House has been posted and introduced public on chanhtuduy.com and got the interest from our local and international readers; especially, the members of Thanh Tri Institute of Psychology Research and Yoga Applications (ITA) who have been practicing and applying succesfully Thanh Tri Mind Dharma in many sectors. For the psychology, many members and readers have transformed their mind, been free from depression and suffering as well as keep the balance in mind with the attitude of enjoying life. Through survey, practice resulting in the achievement attained from the applications of Thanh Tri Yoga, I have decided to make an scientific research and then report to Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations (VUSTA). Below is the brief report of scientific research. Please take a look.

    I am delighted to read the introduction of the brief research on psychological effect of Thanh Tri Yoga on stress  and depression. I am happy to know that there is an effective treatment for the depression,  which helps many people be free from suffering, stressful and anxious,  even help them to open the new chapter in their life full of joy and happiness. 

    I have known that many people in this world who are suffering so much. The depression is a hiden illness which kills peope daily but not everyone recognizes it. Looking at their normal appearance,  no one can understand what really happens to them. They lose their hope,  no interest in anything. Their life is covered by darkness,  sadness and ignorance. It is Guru’s compassion that you can see the nature of all illness or diseases,  especially the mental disorders with wrong view and ignorance,  you have made this scientific study to help all of us be liberated from suffering and depression and you give us the favourable condition to get inner happiness,  successful in society and spiritual achievement.
