The happiness when practice of Dharma (Niềm vui trong thực hành pháp)

I ‘m very happy to have this opportunity to express my opinion about practice of Dharma, and I want to share it for everybody. I want to shout:” Please, practice of Dharma, you will be happy in this present life and the thousand of the next life”.

Lotus Flower Estrade in Song Nguyen Tantra House

Firstly, I want to share my feeling  about Buddhism when I was young and the first path to practice. When I was young, my feeling about Buddhism : Buddhism was the religion but so hard to practice. The food that they eat so simple ( mostly they eat vegetarian food). And  nut and monk  must get up early to begin practice of Dharma or spend   long hour to meditate . Even my Mom went to pagoda long time but she only know little about Sutra . In my mind, the Buddhism was hard for practice. A long time, I forgot about it. I spent almost time to study, work and I desired to attain happiness, pleasure and satisfaction. And almost of person chase money and fame and they busy to work, and their mind were disturbed. The fundamental thing that everyone wants a happy life, successful life. This is not only our goal but our legitimate right as well, The question then arise, how do we achieve this happy life ? it seem that in these mordent life, when technology and material facilities are so developed and freely  available, we get  the idea that material things are the ultimate factor in the satisfaction of our desires and the fulfillment of our goals. Thus, we have too much expectation of material things and put too much trust in them, our strong materialistic beliefs give us false hope in that which truly lacks a firm basis .As a result, we neglect our inner values and state of mind. By relying so much on external thing to make our lives meaningful, we move further away from basic human values. Of course, material development is essential and very useful, but it is wrong to expect that all our problems can be solved through external means. When material and spiritual  development are combined, however, we can achieve our goal of a happy life, Therefore, while focusing on material development, it is essential that we pay attention to inner values as well. But what is the inner values?  Well, it mean religious faith ? and I began to research the Buddhism. And I realized that:

_Death is inevitable, and no one can’t avoid of death, (even you are a million or only a worker, a farmer, a famous  person…)

_ The time of death is unpredictable ( It can happened anytime, anywhere)

_At the time of death, only spiritual practice will be of benefit

Most of us feel that will be alive tomorrow. We think that just because there is no medical or physical condition threatening our lives, we can justifiably conclude that there is ninety-nice percent chance that we will live beyond today. However, what about that one percent? We can’t say that one hundred percent car that we won’t dead tomorrow. When death strikes, our wealth, no matter how great, will be of no significance, nor will be our family or friends. Even our cherished body will be of no use, at the time of death, nobody else can help us, and we must travel that path alone

Song Nguyen Tantra House at night

Now the big question arises: dose the continuity of consciousness disappear after death?  However, when actually confronted by death, only the spiritual qualities we have developed through our practice of Dharma will help: nothing but Dharma can benefit us at the time of death.  But Buddhism originated from its founding teacher, Shakyamuni Buddha, who gave 84,000 form of teaching and I found the Tibetan Buddhism that is the simple, easy to practice. And we can practice anytime and anywhere that you want. And we must refuge the three Jewels : Buddha, Dharma and Sangha, we will happy in this present and next life.

    Dear Mat Kinh,

Thank you for sharing us your thoughts about buddhism and benefits of practising dharma.

In many sutras, the Lord Buddha pearched that there were 84,000 forms of methodology created to help different kinds of sentient beings on the path to liberations. That means people of any spiritual level can get enlightened if they are given right methods. In Song Nguyen Tantra House, disciples are taught Tibetan Yoga which is so easy to remember and practise in daily life. The more you practise, the more inner peace you experience. So everyone should take refuge in the Three Jewels and diligently practise dharma.

May you fulfill your legitimate aspirations.

    Om Mani Padme Hum.

  17. Tantra Mikaya says:

Thank you dear holy guru for your article. It is great to read how much happiness Buddhism brings as we practice the Dharma with devotion and daily. Through your article, I realized again that values such as money and fame bring us no inner satisfaction and happiness. I met people who were very rich and unhappy because they were afraid to lose their money. They only talked about it. Then I met people who have achieved inner contentment but they were not materially rich. Of course we need money to live and if we use it wisely we will be able to achieve happiness. Unnecessary possessions only burden us. We come to this world empty-handed and leave this world without money. Why should we stress ourselves instead of consciously and gratefully living in the here and now? I watch here in Germany as courses are offered to reduce stress or to find inner peace. All these courses are always well attended and it is a parade example that we can learn for ourselves no matter how old or young we are, no matter which skin color we have that the Buddhism and the Dharma are the highest good. If we practice Dharma daily and train our minds, we will be successful. Suffering is lessened when we know the basic rules and live the Dharma. We all go the same way and death is inevitable. And we ourselves can learn to live more consciously through the Dharma. Our human values like the bodhicitta should be an integral part of our life. Everything we give returns to us. The laws of cause and effect. We ourselves determine our karma. May all be free from suffering. May our holy Guru life long for the sake of all sentient beings. May all beings achieve the happiness of Buddha’s Nature.

    Dear guru

Thank you for sharing this article

Well said by  elder friend mat kinh. We always use to quarrel each others.when the idea comes in our mind “nothing is permanent” every quarrel is gone to be settle.so why do we choose to be unhappy. Budhha nature is present in every human but it is important to give emphasis to them.

Recently I had made argument on the religion. Infact one of my friend started saying Hinduism is dominated over budhism, budhism is originated from Hinduism,.etc. It gave me uncomfortable to stay with that situation. But suddenly thinking comes as I  was also one of fovoured to hindusm in past but now I am practicing budhism and neglected the hindusm because it not lead to truth.so if one get knowledge about budhism he definitely follow and will never criticize.

I do comments all day not to impress guru( as guru teachings says )but to not trap by attachment. It is also true we are nothing without guru.

Thank you guru for being with us.

May all sensient being attain true nature.

    Om Mani padme hum
