The method to apply into the daily life to practice Dharma

In Buddhism, it is understood that very living being want to be happy and nobody like to be unhappy or suffer. Even though everyone wants to be happy and free from suffering, they are aware of the cause and condition to achieve true happiness and freedom from anguish and woe. There are various methods to achieve this goal. But it is necessary to know which causes need to be established in order to be free from birth in lower states of existence and to be born in favorable conditions so that one can lead a meaningful life.

Buddha Shakyamuni appeared in the word in order to show us how to be free from birth in the lower realms that are marked by suffering and how to attain birth in higher realms that are marked by happiness and joy. Since everyone has a different predisposition and vary inclinations,Lord Buddha presented a vast array of dharma instructions to meet the manifold capabilities and needs of followers who wished to lead a worthy life and mature spiritually.

One, during Lord Buddha’s time, a king asked him “ As a king, I have so much business to attend to, so many responsibilities in taking care of my nation and so many pleasures ,give me situation, please give me a method to quickly discover enlightenment “ you can see why Lord Buddha gave the king such teachings from the way he asked, and the person practicing has to have the skill to transform daily pleasure into the path to enlightenment. So we can see that a very busy person like a King still have free time to practice Dharma . And of course, with a normal person like us who still have the time to practice.What is the best method in here to practice in very day like the path to attain the enlightenment. And here :

Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche give us the method for practice:

_ When we drink, let’s bless the sentient being who drink the amrita or call with ambrosia ( the drink only used for Buddha or Bohhisattva )

_ When we eat, let’s bless the sentient being who eat the food’s meditation.

_ When we stand up, let’s bless the sentient being who have the apprearance like the Buddha’s body.

_When we sit down, let’s bless the sentient being who have the Bodhgaya

_When we open the door, let’s bless the sentient being who open the door to come the liberation of city

_When we close the door, let’s bless the sentient being who close the door to come into the lower realms

_When we go out, let’s bless for me to start out on the path of liberating all the sentient being

_ When we  step up, let’s bless for me to bring all the sentient being ino the high realms

_ When we  step down, let’s bless for me to liberate  all the sentient being from the lower realms

_ When we  feel misery, let’s bless  the sentient being who having the suffer misery will be calm down.

_When we  feel happy, let’s bless  the sentient being who achieving the happiness of Buddha’s nature.

_When we  get the fire, let’s bless  the sentient being who destroy all the distress emotion

_When we  dressed the clothes, let’s bless  the sentient being who have the modest and sense of shame.

_ When we  tightening the belt, let’s bless  the sentient being who tighten the root of good thing

_When we wake up, let’s bless  the sentient being who have the wake with enlightenment emotion.

So that, it’s the best method way to practice and apply it into the daily life. We must use the precious of human body as the path to attain the enlightenment…
