Letter from India: SOME THOUGHTS ABOUT THE THIRD US ONLINE DHARMA MEETING

Reverend Guru jee,

I bow my head before your lotus feet

Om Mani Padme Hum

I was delighted to see our Holy Guru on the Web classes, though I am attending my friend, now my teacher, Violet Tran’s classes for last few days and refreshed my memory of Tantra House and your teachings as well as your affectionate meditation trainings including the Lotus Walk Dharani.

the Lotus Walk Dharani.

It is a hard reality that one who has had one’s birth on this planate earth has to face hardship, pain, frustration and ennui. Taken together these unfavourable experiences of mundane existence is termed as suffering, and somehow or other we all suffer. It is our pious duty to find out a legitimate ways and means to surmount the brute worldly torments. But it is again a fact that in the dizzy darkness of ignorance it becomes difficult to come out of the veil of the matted knots of our karmic results coming accumulated from our several previous births. And for an ignorant persons like me it is difficult nay impossible to get rid of the whirlpool of the mundane existence wherein one has hardly any time to think for his or her emancipation. Everyone is in huff and hurry in meeting with one’s own and one’s kith and kens, as well dependent’s needs. And everyone neither a Bodhisattva nor an enlightened being who can cut the fetters of the existence. Now in this dark, dismal and disparaging situation the only ray of hope are those who have crossed the ocean of worldly fire of suffering and has the art and acumen to cool down the heat of internal fire of lust, greed and delusion by purifying the mind; and external fire of wants, frustrations, hunger, ailment, lack of life supporting means and many others.

The modern man is bewildered what to do and what not to do. The reason is simple; he is engrossed in his own problems of meeting the needs and nursing his greed’s. Often he suffers of the pseudo problems such as being deceived by one’s friend, life partner or some one’s boy friend or girlfriends have left him or her for better alternatives or physical or psychological lust. When he is tormented by the external and internal winds of sufferings born out of passion, the clash of interests of different members of the society and wining the doles in this dishonest competitive world, he surrenders before the society and prays before the different deities and demy Gods considering them he almighty. Being frustrated he crumbles down. The compelling need is to come out of these existential situations by quelling his ignorance, driving out his internal fetters like hatred, greed and delusion. And for that an enlightened and honest Guru is needed who has crossed the ocean of suffering and willing to providing the raft that he prepared for his own purpose of crossing and surmounting the ills and evils of his life of ignorance based suffering. He should not be too selfish to break his raft after his use so that others may not use it. Such persons are the guru of the time and are called the Guru of the time and have incarnated for the happiness of many and pleasure of many.

Our Holy Guru is one of them who has founded the Pure Mind Buddhism which aims at mental purification for eradication of mundane problems and help attain the Enlightenment and achieve the pure sublime state of Nibban i e Emancipation .
Om Mani Pudme Hum

May all the sentient beings attain the Buddha nature

May the entire world be free of Corona

Long live or Guru

I bow before your Lotus feet

    Dear Tantra Sutradaka,
I am delighted with your sharing. I agree with you that Guru’s methods are really useful and help us, the ones with busy life, practice Dharma easily and effectively. Thanks to deligence in practicing Dharma with full right view, the practitioners gradually get free from suffering though they live a family life.
More importantly, the practitioners who face the impure activities daily life find the effective way to get over them, find the solutions to transform impure mind into pure mind. They surely go faster on the path of enlightenment. Challenges and difficulties always make us stronger if we face them in a peaceful way.
I believe that you and me or any learner’s always thank Guru for his methods and his kindness to us and we try our best to practice Dharma in order to walk peacefully on the path of enlightenment.

  10. Mật Huệ Như says:

    Dear Holy Guru
I am delighted to read Letter from India: “Some thoughts about the third us online Dharma meeting”
I agree with dharma brother Tantra Sutradaka’s opinion that: Nowadays, many people, including us before, are so busy pursuing useless things that they overlook the most important goals in life: Practice Dharma to be free from suffering. However, there are also many people who separate from the worldly life, go to temples to practice Dharma, but because they don’t have the right method, they don’t get any spiritual results.
Thereby, I understand how lucky we are to practice Thanh Tri Yoga under the guidance of Guru. Yoga Thanh Tri helps us balance worldly life and practice Dharma because “Dharma is life, life is Dharma”. Thanks to that, we can simultaneously achieve the most important goals in life: inner happiness, life success, social achievement, happiness this life, ultimate bliss next life.
I thank you Guru for teaching us. May Guru have good health and live long for the sake of all sentient beings.
Thank you Tantra Sutradaka for meaningful article.
May Covid-19 pandemic be soon over.
    Om Mani Padme Hum.
